Celia Hodes is the superficial PTA Lead- turned- City Councilwoman of Agrestic, CA.
Her home life is a complete mess, she hated her daughter Quinn so much that she shipped her off to reform school in Mexico. Her youngest daughter Isabelles weight problems have been such an issue for Celia that she began taking her to early morning "boot camp" work-out sessions before school, and has even stooped as low as exchanging her chocolate stash for laxatives.
Don't think her husband Dean has gotten off the hook either, she despises her marriage to him so much that she went off and slept with Doug Wilson, which resulted her in getting kicked out of her home, and a divorce from Dean.
Celia currently has been residing at the Apache Motel, inbetween stumbling drunkenly through the streets of Agrestic.
